MREfoods.com does not share and/or distribute customer information with other companies. We occasionally email our customers about new product or sale items. If you wish not to receive these emails please let us know via email at sales@mrefoods.com.
Terms of Use
Damaged Merchandise: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, you must note this on the packing list and notify the driver immediately. Refuse the delivery if any products are visibly damaged. Notify MREfoods.com immediately at (812) 492-1269. If there is concealed damage you must keep all packaging and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects: If a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, call us at (812) 492-1269 for instructions. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the boxes.
Return Merchandise Policy: Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our shipping/receiving department. For questions about returning merchandise please email us at sales@mrefoods.com. We can not accept returns on any food items. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Shipping Charges: MREfoods.com reserves the right to select the method of product shipment at its sole discretion. All items shipped via ground or postal, no express shipping available. (Free shipping not valid for shipments outside the continental US); Hawaii and Alaska are not considered within the continental US.
Shipping Policies: Shipping charges are calculated into the price of the product for continental US shipments only (free shipping not valid for shipments outside the continental US).

Prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to substitute an item with one of equal or greater value that may vary somewhat from our catalog/website description.
Backorders: In the case of a backorder we will ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Many surplus items are available in limited quantities and subject to prior sale. We apologize in advance if the item you want is sold out or backordered.
International Orders: We do not accept international orders at this time.
Taxes: Sales tax applicable to Indiana sales only.
